Bodytalk is an astonishingly simple and effective form of energy therapy that helps the body’s energy systems to be resynchronized therefore balancing body and mind. BT is totally non-invasive and absolutely safe. It has the ability to help the body to heal itself on all levels   PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY.

By reconnecting communication between all parts of the body , our bodies are able to heal themselves. BT relies on the body to identify the problem and correct  itself. There is no need for diagnosis, so there is no possibility of errors or mistakes. There are no side effects, except feeling well.

History of BT

Australian Chiropractor and Acupuncturist Dr. John Veltheim developed the Bodytalk System in 1995. His studies in Kinesiology, bio-energetic therapy, osteopathy, sports medicine, philosophy & theology helped him to develop this revolutionary health care system that has the incredible ability to help the body to heal itself.

Why Do We Need BT

Even though our body has the ability to heal itself, the problems and stresses we face on a daily basis interfere with our bodys’ ability to do it’s job. Most of us our very unaware of how our body is affected by the normal stresses and environmental issues that we expose ourselves to every day. We experience emotional traumas, injuries, exposure to illness and disease on a daily basis.  All of these have an invisible affect on our bodies, causing a communication breakdown within the different areas and parts of our bodies. Like a computer, when there is a small problem in one area it affects the overall functioning. When left untreated this small glich can eventually cause the whole system to fail.

There is no limit to what BT can help with. Many people have experienced “Miracles” where chronic and terminal illnesses have disappeared. Bt can be used to address specific physical and mental diseases and disorders. It can be used as a means of prevention and maintenance to keep the body in good health. It has shown significant improvement in areas such as: breathing disorders, migraine headaches, sports injuries, learning disorders, digestive disorders, chronic fatigue, depression, menopausal symptoms, viruses, infections, allergies,  the list is endless.

How does Bodytalk work

The BodyTalk system works by first identifying the weak energy circuits that exist within the body. The practitioner relies on the innate wisdom of the body to locate energy circuits that need repair by using a form of biofeedback, which is a subtle muscle testing technique.

For every malfunctioning energy circuit that is found, the practitioner or client contacts the corresponding points with their hands. The practitioner then lightly taps the client on the top of the head, which stimulates the brain centres and causes the brain to re-evaluate the state of the body’s health. The result is that the general energy balance of the body is greatly improved.

The practitioner then taps the client on the sternum to “announce” the corrected energy flow to the rest of the body. This is beneficial because the heart is responsible for communicating the state of the body’s health to the rest of the body.  Stimulating the heart by tapping the sternum forces the heart to store the corrected energy patterns in the body’s cellular memory. This means that the body will remember these changes after the session.

The BodyTalk protocol is very straightforward and does not require any diagnosis. The practitioner relies on the guidance of innate wisdom, through muscle testing, to not only located the weakened lines of communication in the body but also to find the proper order in which they are addressed. Just as the body heals a wound with a particular sequencing of chemical reactions, the body wants to address all healing in a certain order. This priority is paramount in the balancing process to initiate the body’s ability to heal itself. The healing process usually follows rather quickly.
