Meals:  Dinner the first evening will be served around 7 p.m. All meals and snacks are provided up to and including lunch on the last day. Please notify us immediately if you have any food allergies, specific dietary needs or absolute "I cannot eat" items.

Rooms:  All rooms are shared with shared bathrooms. Bed linen, towel and facecloth supplied. Please bring your own pillow.

Outdoors:  Please bring appropriate clothing to enjoy the outdoors.

Misc:  Please do not bring any alcohol or drugs to this event. Smoking is only permitted in specific areas outside with respect for the surroundings and other people. Please notify us in advance if you smoke.

You Need:    Comfortable relaxed clothing, sturdy walking footwear, a pillow and enthusiasm.

Payment:  Cost of the workshop is $390.00 per person. Payment in full is required with registration. Cheques should be made payable to Ms. Daryl Wood or request a PayPal link.
