Women’s Wisdom Retreat
The program will include the following:
Guided Visualization -
while in a resting position music and words lead you through an
enhancing experience of awareness. It allows you to be in a
stillness with yourself and absorb loving and peaceful thoughts.
Group Energy and Healing -
our
own energy is powerful and dynamic. When we join others we raise our
vibrational level and create opportunities for deeper healing and
peace.
Silence Periods -
being in silence provides a profound opportunity to just be. There
is no taking care of others, no needing to explain or justify
thoughts, no having to interact when emotion runs deep. It is highly
recommended that these times be respected by all participants.
Nature Walks -
early morning walks and mid day refreshers offer time in nature and
a chance to fill your lungs with clean, fresh air.
Myomassology Massage -
Myomassology is an integration of techniques
including basic Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, shiatsu,
energy balancing, and craniosacral therapy.
Journalling -
the
act of putting our thoughts on paper can be very therapeutic.
Writing can clear away clutter, tap into true feelings and uncover
messages from within that are often hidden under daily noise.
Journals will be provided.
Creative Expression -
allowing ourselves to participate in activities of a playful, fun
nature can give us a sense of release and relaxation while often
surprising us with insights into our dreams and aspirations.
Free Time –
space for participants to choose their own activity. Several
self-directed learning experiences will be set up or you
may use the time to snooze, read, wander the grounds or just be with
nature.
The weekend will include many other activities
and opportunities to feel and grow.
