DarylToday as I finalilze this newsletter I feel enormous gratitude. Gratitude for the beautiful setting I live in. Gratitude for the best family and friends. Gratitude for my good health. Gratitude for the opportunities that continue to expand. Gratitude to those who trust me with their most precious dreams.

Welcome 2007 and welcome to all of you. May the coming year be your Best Year Ever. Warmly, Daryl

"Whether you think you can or you can't, either way you're right." Henry Ford

By the time you read this newsletter you will have heard Happy New Year more times than you can probably appreciate. There is something so significant about the New Year that it finds the majority us making plans, resurrecting ideas, plotting a course for the weeks ahead. Even if we are not consciously aware, there is something in the air that compells us to move toward change.

For some people, having to decide what's next seems like one more burden. If that's you, let it go. Know and trust that what is next will show up in one form or another. Life is too short to be stressed out!

On the other hand, there are those of us who seize the momentum of a New Year to commit to a different reality. Riding the wave, we think we can do anything and we are right. If we believe we can pull off whatever we imagine for ourselves then we have the most important ingredient for success.

If you are holding a bigger vision for yourself (and who isn't?) stay focused. Visualize yourself reaching your goal. Walk your talk. Be the person you see yourself becoming. Live as you would when the goal is reached. Believe fully that you can do whatever you imagine.

There is no better time than right now, in this precise moment, to acknowledge and own the vision you have for yourself. Get support. Keep the fire burning. Let me coach (and sometimes "coax") your best self into being. I believe you CAN do it!

QUESTION FOR THE MONTH: What do you really want to do?
Like many people, I am making some New Year's commitments. As I reviewed the past twelve months I realized that something I felt passionate about last January was still left undone. Now I know what my coach will tell me so I'm jumping ahead and getting myself started.

There are several overflowing files in my cabinet representing the half finished materials for three books. All have been given ISBNs (International Standard Book Number). They are just patiently waiting for me to review, edit, add to and finally ... publish! So ... I'm doing it and you are all my witnesses! No excuses! I'll keep you posted.

This exciting (and scary) shift has necessitated some changes in the structure of my coaching practice. For the next six months I want to keep the momentum with my personal goals in sync with that of my clients. This means, I am looking for some highly motivated clients who want positive and measurable success. I want people who are ready to bite off the BIG piece of their dream and really make a run for it.

Are you jumping up and down in your seat? Are you nodding yes, yes, yes? Are you crying with relief? Are you trying not to throw up with fear? Then ... call me. I'm ready for daring and adventurous clients who are willing to invest in making their dreams come true.
