Who Do I Serve?
Are you asking yourself Now What?
Are you wondering why all your skills can't get you past some obstacles?
Are you tired of dealing with the same old dysfunctional relationships?

You are where I was many years ago.  My decision to focus on an intensive journey of learning brought more joy, peace, creativity, adventure, wisdom and happiness into my life. While I struggled along on my own in the beginning things changed with coaching. Things happened for me AND I guarantee they will happen for you.

My specialty is working with Successful Professional Women Over 40 who are ready to take decisive action to significantly reduce the impact of drama in their lives.

What does successful mean? You will know for yourself. What I believe is that successful means you feel you have accomplished and achieved goals you set for yourself; reached important milestones in your life and career.

What does professional mean? You have been in a position of leadership within an organization, been self-employed in a business that required a broad skill set or have a designation that is central to your career.

Over 40? By now you have had enough life experiences to know what you want and what you don't want - even if you haven't settled into that space yet. There is no upper limit of age for me to serve.

Ready to take decisive action: I am an activator. I do things. I create momentum. I expect my clients to come to me when they sincerely want to DO something and not just talk about it (although we will of course be in dialogue throughout the process).

Significantly reduce the impact of drama in our lives: What is drama? My definition is: "An escalation of emotional reactions to a person, situation or event that negatively impacts judgement and results in behaviours that disempower individuals and relationships."  You might say, it is the stuff that makes us crazy (in a bad way) and chokes the life out of spirit. We can't eliminate drama. It is part of the human experience and will be until our last breath. We can, with intention, learn to manage drama faster and more effectively for the sake of peace and joy in our lives.

If you fit this description, what's in it for you if you work with me? Insight, action, change.

From my Coaching Page:
What would it mean to have a dedicated partnership that gives you:
  • Witnessing - be heard without judgement
  • New Perspectives - discover empowering points of view
  • Accountability - to yourself and the process
  • Learning - continuous self-discovery
  • Results - something will change, guaranteed
  • Self-Confidence - an automatic response
  • Liberation - from self-criticism or self-negating
  • Awakening - seeing what you are capable of
  • Acknowledgement - realizing that you are okay after all
