            WHO DO I COACH? 

Both client and coach need to feel there is a good fit in order to reach their objectives. Answer yes or no to the following statements to see if you are my ideal client:

1. You are serious about exploring what is interfering with your happiness or fulfillment and ready to make changes to your attitudes, behaviours or beliefs. 

2. You are honest about your success and your failures.

3. For the most part, you follow through on commitments you make to yourself and others.

4. You like to be challenged and are somewhat competitive.

5. You are willing to make difficult choices when necessary.

6. You take responsibility and usually don’t make excuses or blame others for where you are in life.

7. You are professional and respect time and resources.

8. You have given some thought to your legacy and see something bigger for yourself in this lifetime.

9. You are prepared to commit to a minimum of six months coaching.

10. You enjoy learning and are willing to challenge your own thinking.
